Tele calling Executive
to join our growing admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the features and benefits of CAD Desk courses.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed course information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and referrals.
Maintain and update the database of student inquiries.
Convert leads into course enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
Coordinate with the counseling and admission team for smooth conversion and onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Collect feedback from leads and report market trends and responses to management.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the education or training sector.
Proven track record in lead conversion and meeting sales/admission targets.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
