Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Female Telecaller (Business Generation) to generate leads and support sales operations in the sanitary and tiles industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telecalling or business development.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients for business generation. Perform cold calling, lead follow-ups, and customer coordination. Clearly explain products/services related to sanitary & tiles. Maintain and update customer data using MS Excel. Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation. Prepare daily reports and performance updates.
Required Skills

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. Proficiency in MS Excel for database management. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of sanitary & tiles industry (preferred).
Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, or business development. Experience in the sanitary/tiles sector is an added advantage.
