We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and achieve daily/weekly targets.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain records of calls, customer information, and call outcomes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
