Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients/customers.
Explain healthcare services and assist in appointment scheduling or inquiries.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow up on leads or patient queries.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients/patients.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication flow.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare sector preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
