FK Media & Productions is a creative agency specializing in video ads, photoshoots, social media marketing, and brand promotion. We work with leading brands and businesses to elevate their online presence with innovative media and marketing strategies.

We are looking for a

dynamic and confident Telecaller

to join our growing team -- someone who can effectively connect with potential clients, build strong relationships, and help us expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our services (video production, social media marketing, brand shoots, etc.) Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities Maintain client data and call records in CRM tools Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/creative team Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in

Hindi and English

(fluency is a must) Prior experience in

telecalling, telesales, or customer support

preferred Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email communication) Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and confidence on calls Ability to work independently and meet targets
