The Tele caller focuses on executing outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or cold databases improving brand visibility, and generating leads for the Inbound and Outbound calls. This role supports the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or cold databases
Introduce and explain company services - website designing, software development, app development, and digital marketing
Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team
Maintain records of calls and update the CRM with call status, feedback, and lead stage
Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion
Handle inbound inquiries and provide appropriate information
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals
Coordinate with the Sales/BD team to ensure proper communication flow
Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with the marketing team
Attend internal training to stay updated on services and company updates
