Job Description

1) Promote services , generate leads, gather market data, and provide customer support.

2) Outbound Calling:Contacting potential and existing customers by phone to introduce products or services, generate interest, and schedule appointments.

3)Lead Generation & Follow-Up:Identifying potential leads through cold calls and marketing campaigns, then following up to convert interest into sales.

4)Record Keeping:Accurately logging call details, updating customer records in the CRM, and maintaining databases.

5) Working to meet daily and weekly targets for sales, appointments, or engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for effective conversations.

Persuasion & Negotiation:The ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and negotiate effectively to achieve sales or resolutions.

Customer Handling:Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and manage customer needs.

Resilience:A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and high-pressure situations gracefully.

Technical Skills:Basic computer literacy, data entry skills, and familiarity with CRM software are beneficial.
