We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller

who can communicate fluently in both

Hindi and English

. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products or services, and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services. Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Excellent verbal communication skills in

Hindi and English

. Minimum qualification:

10+2 / Graduate

. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets. Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
