Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams for process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Hindi and English

Minimum qualification:
10+2 / Graduate
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.
