The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate sales, follow up with customers, and provide product information. The role requires good communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products, offers, and company services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.
