Full Responsibilities
- Expert in system operating.
- Well, Expertise in Excel and Quotation making.
- Call new customers for generating business for the company and convert them for company services.
- Maintain the New and Old Customer's data and take the daily follow-up.
- Hindi and English Communication Should be average in per IT Industry.
- Must Know how to prepare the Proposal and Quotation For the Client.
- Must-Have knowledge of the IT Industry and its services.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirement of the project and services.
- Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
