Job Description

We are seeking a confident and polite Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, providing information to customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain products/services to customers.
Maintain customer records and update call logs.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation (BBA, BCOM)
Good communication skills in Hindi (English added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle calls confidently.
Freshers & Experienced both are welcome.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 8,000 - 10,000 per month (depending on experience)
