Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller BFSI to join our team at STAFFREX INFO SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, with a focus on BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the BFSI sector
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Knowledge of the BFSI industry and its products
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively

• Make outgoing calls to potential customers in the BFSI sector
• Introduce our services and products to potential customers
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Update customer information in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams
