Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Once the lead is qualified, defined process to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed for Site visits. * Regular follow up with customers for the booking
. * Keep accurate records of calls conversions
Work with Sales team for site visit update on daily
Basics Requirements and skills:
Proven inside sales experience
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Maintaining daily call records
Experience working with CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English & Tamil)
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
