Job Description

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Once the lead is qualified, defined process to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed for Site visits. * Regular follow up with customers for the booking
. * Keep accurate records of calls conversions
  • Work with Sales team for site visit update on daily
Basics Requirements and skills:
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Maintaining daily call records
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English & Tamil)
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
