Job Title: Telecaller - Belgaum

Position Overview:

As a Telecaller for our firm in Belgaum, you will be responsible for calling leads and converting them into potential clients through outbound calls. Your primary objective will be to engage with prospective customers, provide them with information about our real estate offerings, and persuade them to schedule appointments or site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from our database or through other lead sources. Identify and qualify potential leads based on their requirements, preferences, and budget. Collect accurate information from leads, including contact details, property preferences, and budget constraints. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients by providing them with detailed information about our real estate projects, including features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Customize communication to match the needs and interests of different clients. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or site visits for interested clients with our sales team. Follow up with clients to confirm appointment schedules and provide necessary reminders. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads for further processing. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. Update client information, including preferences, feedback, and follow-up actions. Regularly clean and organize the lead database to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion. Proactively identify opportunities to maximize lead conversion rates and sales revenue. Provide regular reports and updates on performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Must know to speak Kannada, Marathi, Hindi & English. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Minimum educational qualification: 12th/Graduate
