. We provide domestic & international tour packages, air ticketing, train bookings, foreign exchange services, and medical tourism support.

Job Responsibilities

Make and receive calls to/from

agents related to flights, trains, and tour packages

. Communicate offers, booking details, and service updates to agents. Coordinate between internal departments and external agents to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up details, and agent records. Draft and send professional emails to agents as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and partners. Achieve communication and support targets set by the management.

Requirements

Minimum qualification:

Higher Secondary / Graduate

. Prior experience as a

Telecaller / Customer Care / Travel Agent Coordinator

preferred. Good communication skills in

English, Hindi & Bengali

. Basic knowledge of

MS Office & Email drafting

. Ability to handle multiple queries with patience and accuracy. Team player with strong coordination skills.
