We are hiring

Tele callers / Customer Support Executives

for a

leading private banking outbound voice process

.

This role involves outbound calling to potential customers, explaining banking products, and generating qualified leads. Candidates should be comfortable with target-based work and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain banking products clearly and confidently Generate and qualify leads as per process guidelines Maintain call records and follow-ups Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria



Minimum HSC / 12th Pass (Mandatory) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Age: 18 years and above Basic to excellent English communication skills Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work

Location:

Powai (L&T Area), Mumbai, Maharashtra

Work Details



Day shift 6 days working with 1 weekly off Work-from-office role (details shared after shortlisting)

Compensation



?14,000 - ?21,000 per month (In-hand) + Incentives Salary based on communication skills and interview performance
