. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers, explaining banking products/services, and assisting in lead generation and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts, etc.).
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and call records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers for documentation and process completion.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
(knowledge of local language is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in telecalling or banking sales will be an added advantage.
