Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Executives for a leading financial services process focused on personal loan products. This role is ideal for candidates with strong selling skills and a goal-oriented mindset. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with potential customers and drive personal loan sales through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers Generate leads through outbound calls and follow up effectively Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and the application process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Deliver a high-quality customer experience
Required Skills:

Strong selling and convincing ability Confident in Hindi communication Result-driven with a positive attitude Basic computer knowledge Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass (12th Standard) Graduates are also encouraged to apply
Experience:
