Role-Telecaller Executive
Work from Office-Embassy tech village
Location-Bangalore :
Embassy Tech Village Sy No.8 to 14 55 Embassy Tech Village ground,1st 2nd 3rd and 4th floor parcel 5,I & J block outer ring road Devarbisanahalli varthur Bengaluru-560103
Client -Swiggy (CIEL HR payroll)
Contract- 6months
Salary-3 LPA( approx 21k fixed as per experience )
Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential delivery partners via phone calls.
2. Explain the benefits of becoming a Swiggy delivery partner.
3. Answer questions and provide information about the hiring process.
4. Schedule interviews and onboarding sessions for interested candidates.
5. Maintain a database of potential delivery partners.
6. Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
7. Provide excellent customer service to potential partners.
Qualifications:
1. PUC or any degree
2. Fresher/ experience in telecalling or customer service.
3. Excellent communication skills in regional languages (Fluent Hindi).
4. Basic computer skills for maintaining records.
6. Target-oriented and result-driven attitude.
