The Role

• Calls prospective customers/donors by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Make telephone calls to prospects.

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the the Public Sector industry.
• You have working knowledge of Communication
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
