1.Job Title: Tele-caller
:
1.Do Tele-callings (both outbound and inbound)
2.Track communications
3.Observe and analyze and create opportunities and upsell
4.Should be aExpertise in Product knowledge * Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.
- Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred means of communication.
- Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals
1.English Written and Speaking skills are Mandatory
2.Quick Learner, update skills and knowledge regularly
3.Flexibility and adapting
4.Good in oral and written communication
5.Work with minimal supervision
6.Switch roles between Team Player and team leader
7.Knowledge of internet, apps, reports.
8.Multilingual (Preferred)
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary Range 17K 25K
