The Counselor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information about our courses, and answering any questions they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills
1) Acquire new customers(Students) through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.
2) Understanding their needs and answering their queries related to products or services.
3) Work with other departments of the organisation to close more deals.

Telecalling Job Responsibilities:-
Make Outgoing Calls: Call potential and existing customers to explain products or services.
Understand Customer Needs: Listen carefully and suggest the right product or solution.
Close Sales: Convince customers and complete the sale over the phone.
Follow Up: Call back interested customers and maintain regular contact.
Maintain Records: Update customer details, calls made, and sales closed in the system.
Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Handle Customer Questions: Answer queries, resolve basic issues, or direct them to the right person.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team and report progress to the manager.
Training & Mentoring (if applicable): Guide and support junior telecallers if needed.
Stay Updated: Learn about new products, offers, and sales techniques.
