Handle patient inquiries through calls and messages.
Explain hospital treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and other Ayurvedic services.
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
Follow up with patients for feedback and post-treatment guidance.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Pleasant voice and polite manner.
Prior experience in healthcare or Ayurveda sector preferred.
