We are looking for a confident and polite

Telecaller

to join our Ayurveda hospital team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The role involves explaining Ayurvedic treatments and services, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between patients and the hospital.

Responsibilities:

Handle patient inquiries through calls and messages. Explain hospital treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and other Ayurvedic services. Schedule appointments and maintain patient records. Follow up with patients for feedback and post-treatment guidance. Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills. Pleasant voice and polite manner. Prior experience in healthcare or Ayurveda sector preferred.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
