We are seeking a proactive and communicative Telecaller for cross functional Operations Support to assist our Operations & HR team in coordinating with tutor candidates, parents, and internal stakeholders. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless post-selection processes, managing parent queries, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to drive operational efficiency at Tutrain.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Selection Support:Follow up with selected & offered tutor candidates for HR documents completion and signing. Ensure timely submission of onboarding documents and assist with any queries during the process.
Parent Interaction & Support: Handle incoming queries from parents regarding demo classes, tutor availability, and enrollment procedures. Provide timely updates and support to ensure high parent satisfaction and retention.
Communication Bridge: Facilitate smooth coordination between tutors, students, and parents. Maintain regular communication to ensure expectations are aligned across all parties.
Follow-Ups & Efficiency: Perform routine follow-ups with tutors and parents to reduce delays and improve turnaround times. Support the Operations team in maintaining accurate logs and progress trackers.
