Job Description

Make outbound calls to customers for lead generation, sales, or follow-up. Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally. Explain product features, services, or offers clearly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes. Follow communication scripts and meet daily/weekly call targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments or forwarding qualified leads. Handle customer complaints with patience and provide resolutions. Update customer databases and ensure data accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and call quality standards.
