Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our coaching centre team. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, providing information about our courses, and assisting with admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote coaching programs. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and faculty. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions. Build rapport with students and parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses. Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall admission goals. Provide feedback to management about student queries and market trends.
Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduation preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Strong communication skills in any of these languages English, Assamese, Karbi , Bodo & Dimasa.
