Answer customer queries related to servicing, pricing, and appointment slots.
Appointment Scheduling:
Book service appointments as per customer convenience.
Coordinate with the service center to confirm slot availability.
Follow-Ups & Feedback:
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Collect feedback and address any complaints or concerns.
Data Management:
Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
Track service reminders and upcoming appointments.
Sales Support:
Promote additional services like car detailing, insurance renewal, and accessories.
Explain the benefits of extended warranties and service packages.
Coordination with the Service Team:
Communicate customer requirements to the workshop team.
Ensure a smooth experience for customers from booking to service completion.
Skills Required:
? Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
? Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
? Customer handling and problem-solving skills
? Ability to persuade and upsell services
