Telecaller
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, resolving customer queries, explaining our services, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. A polite, confident, and professional approach to customer communication is essential. Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
Provide detailed information about products, services, and ongoing schemes.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and update call details regularly.
Follow-up with potential leads and ensure timely closure of queries.
Maintain records of calls and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
