Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and inform them about products/services. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database. Follow up on leads and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge. Good command of [Assamese/Hindi/Regional language as applicable].

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
