Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries in
Hindi, Telugu, and English

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
Graduate
in any discipline.
Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English is mandatory.
Prior experience in
Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales / BPO
is an advantage.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.
