We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused female Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customers satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls professionally and address customer queries.
Provide accurate service information to customers.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Follow up on leads, close sales, or ensure query resolution.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Good communication skills in English and regional language(s).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with regular phone communication.
