Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Ayurved Rasayani products.
Understand customer requirements and provide detailed product information.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversation, email, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
Maintain a database of prospective customers and update it regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion into sales.
Sales Support & Coordination:
Support the field sales team by scheduling appointments and sharing qualified leads.
Coordinate with marketing and sales departments for promotional campaigns and feedback.
Maintain regular communication with distributors, retailers, and doctors for product promotion.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through telesales initiatives.
Promotion & Marketing Communication:
Promote new product launches, schemes, and offers through outbound calls.
Conduct telephonic surveys to collect customer feedback and improve service quality.
Maintain customer engagement through regular updates and follow-ups.
Support digital and offline promotional activities by sharing product information with customers.
Documentation & Reporting:
Record all customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up details in call logs or CRM software.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
Report customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to the Sales/Marketing Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Arts, or Science).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support -- preferably in the pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or FMCG industry.
Technical Skills:
o Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
o Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
o Familiarity with CRM or lead management software.
Computer Skills:
MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
