The Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting property listings, and qualifying leads to schedule site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential buyers.
Inbound Query Handling:
Respond to inquiries about residential/commercial projects.
Site Visit Coordination:
Persuade clients to visit project sites and schedule appointments.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow-ups:
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged.
Product Knowledge:
Clearly explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
0-3 years in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
