You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for bridging the gap between digital engagement and final sales. Your day will involve proactive communication to secure deals, gathering vital feedback, and managing our brand's visual identity on platforms like

Key Responsibilities



Customer Outreach & Sales:

Initiate

outbound calls

to potential and existing customers to present products and persuasively close deals. Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to

processing orders

professionally. Follow up with customers by

sending product photos

and detailed information to help them make purchasing decisions.

Feedback & Relationship Management:

Actively solicit and record

customer feedback

to identify areas for product or service improvement. Address inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Social Media Management:

Maintain and grow our

Instagram

and other social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content. Monitor comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to engage with our online community in real-time. Stay updated on

platform trends

(Reels, Stories, etc.) to keep our brand relevant and visible.
