Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
telecalling / inside sales
, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or health & wellness industry
Basic understanding of
ATL/BTL marketing strategies
and their role in brand-building
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Bengali, Hindi, and English
Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead databases, and tele calling software
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of natural food products or wellness brands is a strong plus
Ability to align pitch with current ATL/BTL campaigns
Experience in customer acquisition and upselling
