we are urgently hiring for visa advisor telecaller executive for immigration. who have confidence, assertiveness, resilience, excellent communication, language proficiency, interpersonal skills, team-working skills, organizational skills.
roles and responsibilities:-

• regular telephonic calls to the leads given by the company and brief them about the various options available to them according to their need.

• make regular and necessary follow-up with the leads in order to convert them into clients.

• regular calls to the students and parents about different student visa options available with us.

• counsel the students/ clients with up-to-date visa information and assess them on their age, education, work experience, language eligibility.

• performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.

• pro-actively monitoring changes to various immigration regulation.

• good time management abilities.

• strong decision-making skills.

• ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

• shift: - 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

• 10:00 am to 07:00 pm

• (day shift) good salary package + incentives + performance bonus.
