Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
Schedule appointments and support field executives with leads.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality communication.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduate.
Good communication skills in
Telugu and English
.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
Basic computer and phone handling knowledge.
