Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales. Handle inbound calls, address queries, and provide accurate information about products/services. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past interactions to maximize conversion. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Keep updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
