Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to new or existing customers to introduce products or services, gather information, or promote offers.

Inbound Call Handling:

Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns by providing information and solutions.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers (leads) for sales teams.

Sales and Follow-Up:

Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take specific actions, and following up to secure interest.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and ensuring data entry into CRM systems.

Feedback Collection:

Gathering customer feedback to help improve products, services, or overall customer experience.
