Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team at Red & White Multimedia Education Official. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our certified courses, and assisting them in the enrollment process. This is a full-time position based in Bopal area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

• Ability to persuade and convince customers
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good knowledge of the company\'s courses and offerings

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our range of certified courses
• Explain course details, benefits, and enrollment process to interested individuals
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain customer database and update records with relevant information
• Achieve individual and team targets for enrollment and revenue generation
• Follow up with potential customers via phone or email
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Provide regular feedback to the management team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
