to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in

English and Malayalam

, and a passion for guiding students in making informed decisions about their educational future.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students/parents and counsel them about educational programs and courses. Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, or messages and provide accurate information. Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective students. Understand students' needs and suggest suitable courses or academic programs. Guide students through the admission process and coordinate with internal teams. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume and enrollments. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and helpful communication.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Malayalam

(both spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or the education sector is an added advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
