- Proficient in English, Tamil and Hindi preferably.
- Taking minutes of the meeting for all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Recording down all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Calling active and potential leads to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
