Admissions Manager / Head - Marketing & Admissions
Job Summary:
The Telecaller - Admissions will be responsible for handling admission enquiries through calls, providing course information to prospective students and parents, and assisting in achieving admission targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to share details about the institution and available programs.
Handle incoming calls and respond to queries regarding admissions, eligibility, and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-up status.
Support the admission team in converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Coordinate with counsellors and marketing staff for campaigns, events, and school outreach programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Any UG/PG Graduate (MBA preferred).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling or student counselling (Freshers with interest are also welcome).
Male Candidates Preferred
Skills & Attributes:
Average to good communication skills (English & Tamil).
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Interest in student interaction and admission-related calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Willingness to support field and campaign activities if required.
Employment Type: Full-time.
