Telecaller - Admission Counselor

to be a key part of our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential students, answering their questions, and providing them with information about our educational services. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy customer interaction, and are driven to assist others, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls

to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admission process and promoting our services.

Address customer inquiries

regarding courses, admissions, and other related services.

Follow up with leads

to ensure timely responses and to assist them in the decision-making process.

Meet or exceed calling targets

on a daily/weekly basis.

Collaborate with team members

to enhance outreach strategies and improve performance.

Maintain accurate records

of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma

or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Previous experience

in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage

Strong verbal communication

and interpersonal skills, especially with prospective students and parents Ability to work

independently

and in a team setting Excellent
