Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads, students, and working professionals.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about Cyber Security training programs.
Counsel students regarding career opportunities in Cyber Security and match them with the right course.
Maintain and update the student database (CRM/Excel/ERP).
Follow up regularly with interested candidates to achieve enrolment targets.
Explain course features, benefits, duration, and fees in a clear and persuasive manner.
Coordinate with the admissions and training team for smooth onboarding of students.
Meet weekly/monthly admission targets and contribute to the growth of the training division.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any discipline) - education background in IT/Management preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in
telecalling, sales, academic counselling, or admissions
is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + local language proficiency preferred).
Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
Knowledge of Cyber Security / IT domain (basic awareness) will be a plus.
