About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Ad Sales Executive to generate advertising sales by reaching out to potential clients, presenting advertising solutions, and closing deals. The role involves active calling, lead follow-up, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve monthly targets.
What You'll be Doing
Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch advertising products/services.
Identify business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads through calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
Explain advertising options, pricing, and packages clearly and persuasively.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable ad solutions (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales staff when required.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or sheets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Follow up with prospects until closure and ensure timely onboarding of clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, billing, and after-sales support.
