Key Responsibilities :- Lead Generation :Actively make outbound calls to generate leads, potentially including cold calling and following up on leads. - Relationship Building :Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. - Customer Service :Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. - Documentation :Maintain accurate records of all calls, notes, and customer interactions. - Script Memorization and Customization:Memorize and adapt telecalling scripts to suit different situations and client needs. - Data Entry and Reporting :Enter data into CRM systems and prepare reports on call performance and results.
