We are looking for
energetic and confident Telecallers
to join our sales and admissions team. The ideal candidate will handle student inquiries, explain course details, and help convert leads into successful enrollments -- all from our office setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote online education programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Maintain follow-up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversion.
Record all interactions and lead details accurately in CRM software.
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with counselors, marketing, and academic teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
(regional languages a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in
telecalling, BPO, or education counseling
will be an added advantage.
