Job Description

The Teleassistant is a key team member responsible for ensuring consistent client engagement, helping convert prospects into clients, and providing top-tier customer service. The role involves daily communication with clients via phone, following up on emails, reminding clients of meetings, and ensuring clients are satisfied with their interactions with Provis Technologies.

Core Responsibilities:



Email Follow-Up Calls:

Engage with clients who have opened marketing or sales emails.

Reminder Calls:

Ensure clients are aware of upcoming meetings and appointments.

Follow-Up Calls:

Ensure satisfaction post-meeting and keep the conversation moving through the sales pipeline.

Daily Call Target:

Complete 50 calls per day, including follow-ups and prospecting.

CRM and Apollo Tool Usage:

Track calls, notes, and client interactions in the CRM.

Global Communication:

Adapt communication styles for diverse clients.

Skills Required:



Excellent Communication Skills:

Confidence and clarity in conversations.

Global Client Interaction:

Ability to adapt tone to diverse cultural expectations.

Tools Proficiency:

Familiarity with Apollo, CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
