Key Responsibilities:
oConduct telephonic verification of customer details as per company protocols.
oEnsure accurate data entry and documentation of customer information.
oCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers to gather required information.
oFollow up on pending verifications and maintain detailed logs of all calls.
oCollaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or escalate issues as needed.
oMaintain confidentiality and comply with data protection guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
